Job description

Vision and objectives
The Head of Operations is responsible for supporting the business to ensure operations run smoothly and controllably, enabling us to deliver our targets and scale efficiently as we grow.

Responsabilities and Duties

  • Managing the operational team through every aspect of the customer lifecycle including
  • Customer Support (level 1 & 2)
  • Training & Onboarding
  • Deployment & Installations
  • Integrator/Installators management
  • Supply Chain (including inventory management and Stock management)
  • Fleet monitoring & Fleet Management
  • Services management (design of new services, management of existing one)
  • Ensuring that the key deliverables are achieved for the customer adhering to the companies KPI's
  • Team performance management to promote a customer success mindset, maintaining customer satisfaction - setting targets and objectives, coaching, and mentoring the team to achieve results
  • Translating the company’s strategic plans into defined operational plans and action.
  • Organisation of business activities in delivery, making the product and professional services standards and practices to increase speed, quality and efficiency.
  • Implementing lean management practices to minimise down time and resource over capacity
  • Ensuring operational reporting is in place and provides insight for the different stakeholders in the business 

Profile

Abilities and competences

  • You’re a confident operator, able to lead diverse projects, engage with and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • You’re incredibly organised, able to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities.
  • You’re able to move seamlessly between the details and the bigger picture.
  • You’re comfortable with both analytical thinking and operational detail.
  • You’re able to quickly gather and synthesise large amounts of information, distilling down the key elements.
  • You’re comfortable setting, reporting against and being accountable for operational goals.


Qualifications

  • Business school or engineering school with MBA
  • 10 years minimum in a similar role
  • Previous experience in front of Enterprise, CAC40, SBF120 companies
  • Previous operational experience in a SaaS environment
  • English fluent at bare minimum
