Job description

Vision and objectives

Working within the Marketing & communication BU, you will develop Lead generation strategies and campaigns in order to drive qualified leads to enrich the sales pipeline.

As Lead generation specialist, you will help the company scale by identifying and implementing performant acquisition lead strategies.

Your will work closely with the brand & content manager to define new content development such as blog article, news, newsletter and emailing and to ensure coherence with the SEO strategy...


Responsabilities and Duties

  • Identify, select and optimize the best acquisition lead strategies adapted to our business target (SEA, SMO, Display, retargeting, affiliations...)
  • Implement all actions and supports related to the strategy identified and selected with the manager.
  • Handling directly all paid investments.
  • Monitor each actions, analyse its performance and define recommendation to improve ROI.
  • Manage the conversion funnel to remove bottlenecks : scoring, nurturing.
  • Design impactful landing pages
  • Coordinate the production of specific content such as white papers, case studies, videos... with the content manager
  • Configure and manage the marketing automation solution : lead capture, workflow, forms, landing page, scoring, newsletter database..


Profile

Abilities and competences

  • Strong expertise in lead generation (5+ years experience)
  • Strong digital knowledge : Inbound, Emailing, SEA, SEO Social and metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA ...)
  • Master of Google analytics and Hubspot
  • You have a business-oriented mindset : your actions are designed for conversion
  • You have excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • You are data driven and have a significant analytical capacity
  • Excellent organisation and time/ project management
  • Willing to learn, curious and creative


Qualification

  • Proven work experience (5 years) as a Lead Generation Manager or Digital Project manager in a fast-paced environment, ideally in a SaaS company.
  • Good level of English, other European language advantageous
