Job description

Vision and objectives

As an integral part of the sales team, you work closely in conjunction with the engineering/product team, marketing and the operations team.

You are focus on technical aspects of the solution to clearly communicate and sell the value of Cenareo products and solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Attend client meetings to conduct in depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states and positive business outcomes
  • Present demonstrations (both virtually and in person) in complex selling situations (with the Account Executive)
  • Assist the sales team in the response to RFXs
  • Ensure the success of Pilots, when prospects ask for them
  • Translate business pains from various sectors into clear technical needs
  • Gather, understand and provide customer feedback for the Engineering, product and marketing teams for further analysis, decisions and product marketing delivrables
  • Guarantee Sales Playbook accuracy with solution differentiators and adoption with the sales and Customer Success team
  • Create, develop & maintain demo platform environments for retail & corporate
  • Prepare product demonstrations including advanced product features and benefits specific to customer requirements to make sure the sales present incredible demos
  • Provide assistance in the distribution of new product information, application workshops and solution strategies for the sales and customer success team
  • Collaborate with the Account Executives and the Operations team and clients to help plan, scope, develop and deploy Cenareo solution

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's business degree with strong affinity for technical solutions or equivalent
  • 3 + years of proven pre-sales experience in a SaaS Enterprise Software company, BtoB SBF120 customers
  • Product certification, engineering credential or equivalent technical credential
  • Fluency in English required, any other European language is a plus
