Job description

Vision and Objectives:

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for ensuring the alignment of our product offerings with market demands, driving product adoption, and maximizing revenue opportunities. Success in this position is demonstrated by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products to the target audience, contributing to increased market share, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Activity 1 - Product Marketing Strategy Development 50% (Value)

  • Develop product marketing strategies and go-to-market plans for (new and) existing products.

  • Collaborate with product management and sales/cs teams to define product positioning and messaging.

  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including product guides, case studies, and sales/cs presentations.

  • Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns.

Activity 2 - Market Research and Analysis 20% (Vision)

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for product differentiation.

  • Gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.

  • Develop buyer personas to guide product positioning and messaging.

Activity 3 - Performance Monitoring and Analysis 30% (Validation)

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of product marketing efforts.

  • Track product adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and market share.

  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to stakeholders on product marketing performance.


Abilities and Competences:

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Proficient in market research and data analysis tools.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing or a similar role.

  • Experience in the technology or software industry preferred.

  • Relevant certifications in marketing or product management are a plus.
