Job description

We are seeking a pro-active & forward thinking sales executive to get our innovations into the market. Working directly with the CEO, your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively seeking out sales opportunity through networking, contacts & trade-shows
  • Setting up meetings with prospects, presenting the solution and gathering feedback
  • Performing product on-line & on-site demonstrations
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Helping handle complaints or objections
  • Sharing the gathered feedback, trends & opinion with internal teams
  • Participate in prioritising our product roadmap & customer support
  • Working with marketing team to effectively prepare presentations & material
  • Ensuring all key information is updated in the CRM

Profile

  • Proven 3+ years experience on similar role with airlines & MROs
  • Fluent English is mandatory, other language skills are appreciated
  • Ready to travel & perform on-site demonstrations
  • Strong ability to take initiatives, be proactive and question industry habits
  • Good ability to synthesise & prioritise customer requests, needs & communicate them internally
